Hoje deixo-vos com os desfiles que tive a oportunidade de ver no 3º dia do Portugal Fashion - Abstrart. Todas as imagens são minhas, espero que gostem.
Alluding to numeric symbology and perfection, the silhouette is ambiguous and geometric, composed of rigid and structured parts, balanced by knits and silks, where organic lines contrast with the geometric frivolity.
'Aludindo à simbologia numérica e à perfeição, a silhueta é ambígua e geométrica, composta por peças rígidas e estruturadas, balançadas por tricotados e sedas, onde as linhas mais orgânicas contrastam com a frivolidade geométrica.'

From the conceptual ambiguity of the term "Identity", we seek to understand its importance and role in the interactions betwen "I" and "other." Concepts such as the multiplicity of "subjects", the feeling of belonging, the idea of uniformity, anonymity, original and copy become the instruments of labor to create this collection.
'Partindo da ambiguidade conceptual do termo "Identidade", procura-se compreender a sua importância e peso na interação do "eu" com o "outro". Conceitos como a multiplicidade de "sujeitos", o sentimento de pertença, a ideia de uniformidade, de anonimato, de original e de cópia tornam-se os instrumentos de trabalho para a criação desta coleção.'

'A game of opposites and contrasts, that starts on the decontextualization of elements to create new forms. Inspired by the Renaissance architecture, in it's geometry and repetition of curvilinear and organic elements, the designer builds new patterns fitting these elements in an array rectilinear and angular. '
'Um jogo de opostos e contrastes, que parte da descontextualização de elementos para criar novas formas. Inspirando-se na arquitetura renascentista, na sua geometria e repetição de elementos curvilíneos e orgânicos, a designer constrói novos padrões encaixando estes elementos numa matriz retilínea e angular.'

"Broken" presents a reflection about the objects' fragmentation, interpreted by clothing, patterns and textures of broken objects. The patterns and cuts created from the interpretation of broken glass take the lead.
' “Broken” apresenta uma reflexão sobre a fragmentação de objetos, interpretada em vestuário, padrões e texturas de objetos quebrados. Padrões e cortes criados a partir da interpretação de vidro partido assumem o papel principal.'
The printed graphics and the lines of sport retro cars stamp the Teresa Abrunhosa's summer collection 2014. A mix of patterns with vibrant acid colors, such as lime green, fuchsia and blue, impart a youthful and fun accent to the collection.
'Os estampados gráficos e as linhas dos carros desportivos retro marcam a coleção de verão 2014 de Teresa Abrunhosa. A mistura de padrões, com uma paleta de cores de tons ácidos e vibrantes, como o verde limão, o fúcsia e os azuis, conferem um lado divertido e jovem à coleção.'

The urban contemporary and the iconic works of Oscar Niemeyer were the basis to the large cuts and circular shapes, reaching womanhood in the softness of the colors. The use of thermc-glued fabrics allowed a maximum use of geometric shapes and volume on the shoulders, creating outlined waists and hourglass' silhouette.
'A contemporaneidade urbana e as obras icónicas de Oscar Niemeyer foram a base para os cortes amplos e formas circulares, que atingem a feminilidade na suavidade das cores. Versatile and pragmatic collection, ideal for city life. Organic forms and sculptural silhouettes are developed through asymmetrical lines. (...) The silhouettes are worked in structured materials, comfortable and easy to use, with many details inspired by menswear.

Unfortunately, and for professional reasons, I couldn't be present at the other days of PF and watch the show of my 'beloved' designer Felipe Oliveira Baptista, but I hope there will be another opportunity.

Infelizmente, por razões profissionais, não consegui estar presente nos restantes dias do PF e assistir ao desfile do meu adorado criador Felipe Oliveira Baptista, mas espero que haja uma próxima oportunidade.
